Jim Gabriele
Partner
Jim is a senior executive with more than thirty years of experience driving growth and leading organizational transformation as a CEO, Fortune 50 leader, and entrepreneur. He most recently served as CEO of M2Gen, a private equity–backed oncology data company, and previously held senior operating and strategy roles across Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer of its global medical devices business. Earlier in his career he was Managing Director and COO of Henry Rak Consulting Partners, which he built and sold to McKinsey & Company, where he served as Partner. Jim holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from the College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
David Cusimano
Partner
David has spent more than twenty years with small and middle-market private companies as an entrepreneur, investment banker, and M&A advisor, leading strategic planning, valuation, financial analysis, and CFO engagements. He began his career as an aeronautical engineer at Lockheed Martin before founding a flight training company and an air charter company. David facilitates the financial modules of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and has taught at Tulane University and the University of Navarra. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from LSU, an M.A. in Economics from UT Arlington, and an M.B.A. from Tulane, along with the CTA, CM&AA, CVBA, and CVGA designations.
Eric Wingerter

Eric brings more than forty years of executive and financial leadership, having served as CFO of public and private companies in the pharmaceutical and oilfield services industries and executed or advised on more than forty M&A transactions. As CEO of Pamlab, Inc., he led the company through its sale to the Health Sciences division of Nestlé. Eric facilitates the financial modules of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in New Orleans and serves as a business advisor within the Partners Worldwide network. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University of New Orleans and the CVGA and Certified Value Builder designations.
