At the center of our work is a single problem: the gap between the faith a person professes on Sunday and the work that fills the rest of the week.
The Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace names this in Vocation of the Business Leader: the greatest obstacle facing a business leader is the divided life — the separation of faith from daily practice. The same document affirms that business is a genuine vocation, ordered to human dignity and the common good.

Apostolic capitalism
Private ownership carries real influence.
In a public company, a shareholder’s influence is diluted across fragmented ownership. An investor can screen a portfolio for values, but has little ability to shape how any company treats its people.
Private ownership is different. It carries real influence over a company’s values, its culture, and its conduct toward everyone it touches. This makes private capital a place where Gospel principles can take root in daily operations. We call this apostolic capitalism: capital deployed so that the companies it owns become instruments of human flourishing.
