We advise owners of small and middle-market private companies on strategy, value growth, financial discipline, transactions, and exit readiness. Most of the value in a successful transition is created years before a sale begins, and our advisory work concentrates on building it.
Diagnostic
A comprehensive diagnostic of the business: value opportunity profile, estimate of business valuation, thirteen-week cash flow, identification of the profitable core, and EBITDA normalization. For companies in financial distress, we complete this work in days rather than months.
Plan
A plan aligned with the purpose and mission of the business, defining measurable progress: revenue and profit targets, market share, product launches, headcount, and customer satisfaction. Each initiative is tied to the drivers of business valuation.
Implementation
Implementation alongside management: value acceleration coaching, fractional C-suite services, buy-side support from target evaluation through integration, turnaround management, and capital option evaluation.
Advisory engagements carry conventional fees and no expectation of investment. Should investment interest ever arise, we state it in writing and require that the owner be independently represented and independently valued.

The program runs monthly with the leader and quarterly with the leadership team, and includes participation in a peer cohort of leaders from other Vocaris companies. For companies in our portfolio, formation is included in the ownership relationship. For all other companies, it is available as a standalone engagement.
